Philosophy and Approach

Dr. Sinha’s passion for naturopathic medicine started when her surgeon grandfather gave her a natural healing book at the age of 10. Many years later her interest in natural healing then came to fruition while seeking answers for her own health. Her grandfather planted the seed for how nature provided her the space and tools she needed to heal at a very young age. However, she grew up around conventional medicine her entire life and saw the limitations of only giving pharmaceutical prescriptions for multitude of issues. She also struggled with crippling digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, adrenal dysregulation, and undiagnosed thyroid issues for several years without any answers. Through this process she embarked on a journey of self-exploration in the integrative medicine world of nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy, and many other many other Eastern and European medical interventions. This fueled her thirst for more knowledge and desire to help others who suffer from similar illnesses.

Dr. Sinha’s philosophy lies with something Sivananda once said, “Every human being is the author of his or her own health or disease.” She practices medicine from a viewpoint that disease surfaces from dysfunctions of the physical, mental, emotional, psychological, and spiritual aspects of the body.

She is on a mission to provide a results-driven treatment plan that helps men and women regain their vibrant life. As an integrative doctor, she weaves western, eastern, European medicine, naturopathic and bio-energy medical systems together. Through this extensive training she has learned to identify the root cause of illness. Dr. Sinha employs cutting edge scientific knowledge with natural therapies to bring the body back to health from the inside out. With these methods, the internal cellular terrain starts to function optimally and one’s physical body becomes radiant. Dr. Sinha provides inspiration, guidance, and proven methods as she works alongside her patients on their journey to a healthy internal and external body.

  • Chronic illness (i.e. Mold Illness and Lyme Disease)

    • Lyme disease: Conventionally, Acute Lyme disease is caused by Borrelia burgdorferi. The bacteria is transferred by getting a bite from a vector such as a tick. Acute symptoms may include bull’s eye rash, fever, fatigue, headache and other flu like symptoms. However, we now know that chronic Lyme disease can have lingering effects on the body that involve the nerves, joints, heart, brain, and immune system. Many even get diagnosed with Lupus, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Depression, MS and other immune disorders. It is now known that Lyme is considered an impersonator because it can mimic many conditions. Without treatment, the immune system can become dysregulated and the toxic substances secreted by the bacteria and associated co-infections can wreck on the body. This dysregulation is now also called post treatment Lyme disease Syndrome (PTLDS). Especially in this such instances, a personalized treatment plan is needed to help restore health. Dr. Radha Sinha is a lyme disease specialist and knows very well that how to treat this tick borne disease with her experience. Dr. Sinha is renowned as lyme specialist in Kirkland, WA.

    • Mold/ Mycotoxin Illness: The prevalence of toxins in our environment has been widespread however, mold has been overlooked. Mycotoxins illness spread through mold contamination in the home, car, or workplace is more prevalent than we think and most of the time people think this is not detrimental to our health, but in fact it is! Many molds found within these areas and food sources are now being recognized as part of root cause of illness. Black mold, Stachybotrys, and several common indoor species including Cladosporium, Penicillium, Aspergillus, Alternaria, and Trichoderma have been researched and shown to dysregulate the immune, digestive, neurological, and endocrine systems of the body. These molds are some of the most common allergens and induce a strong immune response that can also lead to Asthma, Autoimmune Diseases, and are very carcinogenic. If untreated for long periods of time, can lead to MARCONS and other conditions that resistant to many treatments. These molds secrete mycotoxins and microbial volatile organic compounds (MVOCs) that can go undetected for years. Symptoms can include but are not limited to fatigue, weakness, shortness of breath, chronic sinus infections, digestive disturbances, memory issues, vertigo, tremors, depression, psychosis, excessive thirst, insomnia, hair loss, numbness and tingling, night sweats, and more. It is imperative to obtain a proper history and rule out if this is one of the issues plaguing your health.
